AGE BRACKET ONE- MEN AGE 16-35

AGE BRACKET ONE- WOMEN AGE 16-35

 

AGE BRACKET TWO- MEN AGE 36-55

AGE BRACKET TWO- WOMENN AGE 36-55

 

AGE BRACKET THREE- MEN AGE 56 AND OLDER

AGE BRACKET THREE- WOMEN AGE 56 AND OLDER

In order for an individual to progress from one level to the next, they must participate In a fitness test that uses specific exercises to determine strength within the exercises’ respective muscle groups. there is also a conditioning portion required for each level’s advancement. through sciencetific testing and months of development In the fItranX™ system, these exercises have been proven to allow an individual to demonstrate personal fitness growth in each major muscle group, as well as cardiovascular conditioning.

as an individual passes through fItranX™, they wear the color of their corresponding fitness level either in a t-shirt or survival braclet.
