Timeless Fitness provides personal training and a variety of group fitness classes to serve those adults 50 years and older who are out of shape, sluggish, overweight, have trouble getting around and problems doing simple everuday activity. We promote a friendly, non- judgmental environment and our instructors are very knowledgeable and are highly motivated to help you attain your fitness goals.
Our classes are designed to accomidate clients of all fitness levels. We use a variety of equipment to help build strength, coordination and flexibility which includes free weights, resistance bands as well as kettlebells.
Working with a personal trainer is the fastes way to reach your fitness goals. Wherter your goal is to lose weight, build lean muscle, train for competitions or just to have more energy and feel better, our trainers will help you get there. We will provide you with the guidence, motivation and a customized program based on you individual goals.
