Qualifications: B.S. Physical Education, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Teacher and Coach.
I have been immersed in athletics since age five, and physical fitness has been a major part of my life for over 40 years. I went to college on an athletic scholarship, graduated in physical education, and, for the past 20 plus years, I have coached and taught athletes in a variety of team and individual sports at the high school and collegiate levels. Teaching and promoting fitness is my life-long passion.
Throughout my career I have coached football, baseball, volleyball, track and field and played those sports as well. As I have gotten older, I have learned to transfer the knowledge that I gained from my years of coaching and playing, and have learned to adapt that training to more mature adults who sometimes have certain physical limitations and restrictions. I have had clients say that one of the main reasons why they come to Timeless Fitness is because they appreciate the instructor’s individualized attention to tailoring an exercise to fit their current physical limitations, restrictions and fitness goals.
I started training older adults in the fall of 2010 because some of my friends wanted someone to train them. Here it is 5 years later and we are still doing it. I want to help you just like I helped my friends and hopefully we will become friends. My passion is teaching and a coaching and I find it very rewarding when I can help someone realize their potential and also help then live a better quality of life by helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Brittney Atkin- Personal Training, Metabolic Trainer
Brittney Atkin has been a member of out team for the past three year. Brittney comes to us from Life Long Fitness where she was a manager and has been a personal trainer for the past 5 years. She is a former St. Joseph Catholic High School athlete where she participated in girls’ soccer, cross country, basketball and track and field. She is a graduate of the University of Utah with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science and a Minor in Nutrition.
Brittney brings with her 5 years of experience in personal training, nutrition counseling as well as teaching group fitness classes at the University of Utah. Brittney says that: “Fitness has always been my passion and it is my personal mission to help others learn how to take care of their bodies, by making exercising and eating well. If I can make a difference in someone’s life, I know that I am doing my job. We are so fortunate to have Brittney join our team and I am sure that all of you will come to know and respect her as much as I do.
