SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

This is a six or eight week small group fitness class for men and women of any age and fitness level that are serious about getting in shape, back in shape or maintaining their current level of fitness. Each participant will receive personalized attention regarding their weight training and weight loss goals. Class size is limited to only eight (8) participants.
Each class will involve weight training, cardio (high intensity) training and flexibility. Each participant will also receive nutrition counseling and accountability, meal ideas and & recipes.
Participants will also have access to our group metabolic training and kettle bell fitness classes at no additional charge.
Classes run 45-60 minutes
