At Timeless Fitness you don’t see rows of cardio equipment, like you do at most gyms. We use a much more effective (and a lot more fun) way to get a good metabolic burn. Our Metabolic group sessions are our version of a cardio/strength training workout. They burn calories, get your metabolism revving and give you the cardiovascular and strength training benefits you are looking for.
In the recent research, interval cardio training has been shown to be the most effective for fat loss. We’ve taken it up a notch and incorporated exercises in multiple planes of motion, using all kinds of equipment such as TRX, kettle bells, ropes, sandbags, medicine balls, and more into an interval-style workout. You’ll have a blast and you’ll torch fat! In addition to your 1-3 Total Body/ strength workouts, add a Metabolic group session in 1-3 times a week.
Kettle bells are great tools for developing muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and core strength. Kettle bells are a great way of getting back to basic movements that require functional, whole body fitness. This is a great class for men and women of all ages. Kettle bell workouts are designed to engage multiple muscle groups as well as develop cardiovascular fitness and burn fat. It is an open program which moves through 6 specialized weeks to help you both build and understand how the body moves and functions. Participants are encouraged to purchase their own kettle bell and bring it to class with them.
Classes are 45-60 minutes.
We provide an effective, physically appropriate, well designed exercise program for those cliets who are reaching retirement age or older, or those who feel that they need to start an exercise program at a slower pace and lower level and those who are recovering from a past injury.
The goal of our programs is to create results without causing excruciating pain. Our trainers are very sensitive to the challenges you may have and they will not push you or have unreasonable expectations, but instead they will encourage you to do your best.
We offer private or semi-private sessions at our studio as well as private sessions in the comfort of your home. We will work together with your doctor or physical therapist to provide you with the best options for your well-being.
Strength/Resistance training forms an essential component of any fitness program. This class is for those individuals who wish to improve their overall health and fitness levels and get strong. Strength training is proven to improve bone density, raise metabolism, contribute to heart health and fight obesity. The workouts are challenging and are based on progressive resistance. You’ll use weights, kettle bells and resistance bands that are challenging for the set repetitions. Clients are encouraged to increase their weight each session while maintaining good form and posture.
Classes are 45-60 minutes.
Yoga you can do is for people who have never done yoga or those who have yoga experience. It offers a combination of postures that include strength, balance, flexibility and endurance that is challenging and also very relaxing. Doing this type of yoga will help to improve your range of motion, gain better balance and core strength, and help to prevent injuries. It is a great for all ages and level of fitness. All classes are structured to begin with a warm up, challenging work phase in the middle and end with a relaxing and rejuvenating cool down.
Classes are 60-75 minutes.
